Sevatec, Inc. is looking for a talented Technical Architect/Engineer to support the implementation of an Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) program at a Federal agency.  The right candidate will be a senior resource experienced in the evaluation and creation of architectural roadmaps and technical design for enterprise-wide platforms, in addition to providing hands-on technical guidance to agile teams creating new and building upon existing systems. The role will be responsible for evaluating the specifications, designs, construction, testing, and support of large enterprise-level systems, and providing recommendations focused on improvement and extension of systems architecture. 



  • Collaboratively creates and evaluates requirements and designs to ensure end solutions meet the customer needs
  • Creates and reviews business process design, use cases, scenarios, and business analysis 
  • Develops technical solution enhancement recommendations
  • Designs enhanced process flows focused on Agile methodologies and automation
  • Performs data modeling and analysis reviews
  • Contributes SME support for the design, implementation, testing, deployment and support of operational solutions
  • Assesses manpower requirements to meet technical objectives
  • Drives automation and Agile practices across a portfolio of projects to increase velocity
  • Collaborates with team members to develop high-level and detailed recommendations on system, resource, financial, and schedule planning activities


  • Minimum of 15 years of related experience
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in the development of large, complex, enterprise solutions
  • Experience leading technical solutions for a large scale and complex program involving multiple technologies
  • Delivery of Agile application development, software maintenance and enhancements solutions to federal government agencies
  • Experience with Amazon Web Services or Microsoft Azure cloud hosting platforms
  • Experience with project portfolios and environments using technologies such as: .NET, Java, VMWare, Jenkins, and Oracle
  • Knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)
  • Knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL) and RDBMS structures and concepts

Desired Skills/Experience:

  • Experience working with the Department of Homeland Security
  • Active DHS suitability
  • Experience working in a DevOps environment
  • Experience transitioning a program to an Agile methodology
  • Experience working with one or more of the following: Siebel, Drupal, PHP, MongoDB, ADFS, ForgeRock
  • Agile certification(s) such as Certified Scrum Master
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related fields

Security Clearance:  US Citizenship is required along with the ability to obtain an Agency Suitability Clearance.
