Human Resources


The HR/Administration Coordinator is responsible for providing primary administrative support to the HR and Office Administration teams, including operational and strategic initiatives, while providing excellent and highly professional customer service.


Human Resources

  • Provides administrative support to the VP of HR in creating presentations, setting ups for meetings, and special projects as assigned.
  • Coordinates logistics for employee morale events (luncheons, BBQs, win parties, etc.).
  • Coordinates schedules and tracks corporate training sessions.
  • Conducts I-9 processes for new employees.
  • Administers all pre-employment background checks for new employee and maintains accurate records.
  • Works with government Background Investigators in obtaining access to records and information.
  • Maintains all personnel files.
  • Uploads documents into HRIS.
  • Inputs and maintains employee data into HRIS. Runs miscellaneous reports in UltiPro.
  • Supports HR team in developing Wellness Initiatives.
  • Coordinates our monthly charity program (selects charity, collects donations, etc.)
  • Other HR related duties as assigned.

Office Administration

  • Coordinates daily calendars and schedules meetings.
  • Makes travel arrangements.
  • Ensures all facility maintenance issues are handled and housekeeping is performed.
  • Supports the VP of HR in space planning and office moves.
  • Supports the Office Manager as needed.


  • Associates degree preferred; or equivalent of education and general human resources knowledge and experience. 
  • One to three years of experience of HR/office management.
  • Must have excellent customer service and organizational skills.
  • Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and HR information systems.
  • Must be detail oriented, have ability to multi-task and work in a deadline driven environment.
  • Must have ability to maintain confidential information.
  • Must have ability to work independently.
  • Must have strong communications skills.
  • Must be a strong team player.
