The Director, Capture Management is responsible for leading opportunities through the capture phase of the business development opportunity lifecycle. In this role, the candidate will partner with the Business Development team and own the leadership role in executing Sevatec’s Capture Management process for assigned qualified opportunities expected to result in delivering superior proposals to federal government clients and receiving contract awards. Duties will involve managing the opportunity from qualification through proposal submission including delivering gate reviews, executing capture functions that improve win probability, collaboration with business development account manager, working across the company to align resources and activities, assisting in building relationships with key customers and partners, designing and executing a winning strategy. The Director, Capture Management serves as the primary focal point within Sevatec on all matters pertaining to Capture Management process. Capture efforts may be in support of Federal Civilian, National Security, or other federal markets and will encompass a wide range of contract vehicles. Successful capture and proposal efforts are what deliver contracts for the firm, which means that you will be at the forefront of determining the company’s future growth and direction.
