Sevatec is looking for a Meeting/Event Planner to support a large DoD healthcare IT program. The program supports two Department of Defense (DoD) Acquisition Category (ACAT) IAM Major Automated Information System (MAIS) healthcare Information Technology (IT) programs. The program office’s goal is to maintain eleven legacy healthcare information technology products that together make up the current DoD operational medicine Electronic Health Record (EHR) system while developing a new modernized EHR system to support Soldiers, Sailors and Airmen in operational medicine environments around the globe. The Meeting/Event Planner will support a variety of office management duties to include planning meetings and special events, assisting with coordination and scheduling of calendars, and conducting other administrative duties in a key program office.

Security Clearance: Must be a US Citizen and have the ability to obtain a Government Agency background check (DoD Secret meets this requirement)
