    Sevatec is looking for a talented mid-level IT Project Manager to support a large DoD healthcare IT program. Our work supports a joint program office in Rosslyn, Arlington, Virginia supporting two Department of Defense (DoD) Acquisition Category (ACAT) IAM Major Automated Information System (MAIS) healthcare Information Technology (IT) programs. The program office’s goal is to maintain eleven legacy healthcare information technology products that together make up the current DoD operational medicine Electronic Health Record (EHR) system while developing a new modernized EHR system to support Soldiers, Sailors and Airmen in operational medicine environments around the globe. The ideal candidate will have a track record of successfully supporting teams using industry best practices in project management with an understanding of technology's impact.

    Responsibilities

    • Work on a team that supports the acquisition of future operational medicine IT programs as acquisition program management analyst.
    • Author and ensure the timely completion of acquisition program documentation, including acquisition strategies (AS), acquisition plans (APs), acquisition program baseline (APB), and Cost Analysis Requirements Document (CARD).
    • Coordinate Integrated Product Team (IPT) meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
    • Facilitate completion and track other required documents (testing, engineering, logistics, cyber, deployment, and training) related to key Defense Acquisition milestones and capability drops.
    • Assist with risk management and Integrated Master Schedule. Provide input to periodic reports such as Exhibit 300 or DAM

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree and five (5) years of experience in the field
    • Ability to obtain a DHA public trust clearance (DoD secret meets this requirement)
    • Knowledge of the Defense Acquisition Management Framework (DAMF) and project management principles
    • Excellent writing and briefing skills using Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
    • Analytical mindset
    • Proficiency in MS Office

    Additional Desired Qualifications:

    • Risk Management experience
    • Familiarity with military medicine processes and systems
    • DAWIA certification (or equivalent courses, ACQ 101) in Acquisition Program Management
    • Experience with requirements of DoD 5000 series documents, SECNAVINST 5000.02E, and the Defense Acquisition Guide (DAG), or Agile software delivery approaches
    • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

    Security Clearance: Must be a US Citizen and have the ability to obtain a Government Agency background check
