    As Sevatec’s BD and Analytics Coordinator, you will own a mission critical role in our business development organization identifying and researching opportunities across Sevatec’s portfolio of accounts and contract vehicles that result in winning contract awards from federal government clients.  The Coordinator serves as the functional lead on all matters pertaining to collection of intelligence for contract opportunities and customer research, administration and updating of Sevatec’s business development pipeline management system; sales pipeline analytics and reporting, milestone gate review briefing schedule, and business development vendor relationship management. The Coordinator will be responsible for pipeline development functions including utilization of government procurement forecasts; tools including FPDS, GovWin IQ, Bloomberg Government, and others to obtain information on existing contracts new opportunities (including: incumbent information, and contract value data). Efforts may be in support of Federal Civilian, National Security, Federal Healthcare or other markets; this often requires engaging teams of personnel at multiple locations. Research and pipeline development efforts will encompass a wide range of contract vehicles including GSA Alliant 2, GSA Alliant 2 Small Business, GSA 8(a) STARS II, ITES-3S, CMS SPARC, GSA Schedule 70, and GSA PSS. The Coordinator must have strong technical capabilities utilizing tools like Microsoft Dynamics, Microsoft PowerBI, and Microsoft Excel.  The Coordinator will utilize their tech savvy with our current technology stack and introduce new technologies to apply automation to BD pipeline reporting and analytics. The research, knowledge management, and dissemination of pipeline information is integral to our future success!


    • Represent Sevatec's business, and professional values to customers, partners, and peers
    • Own CRM Management and Reporting
    • Conduct analytics of sales efforts, provide input on opportunities for automation and efficiencies
    • Work with internal and external resources to configure and update MS Dynamics CRM
    • Generate automated reporting using MS Dynamics and PowerBI
    • Oversee pipeline analytics and accuracy of content
    • Assist in scheduling of sales meetings and business reviews
    • Support sales efforts through research and intelligence gathering using tools including but not limited to Deltek GovWin IQ, Bloomberg Government, Agency Procurement Forecasts, IT Dashboard, and FPDS
    • Learn general characteristics of new and existing Sevatec technical capabilities
    • Help execute process and strategy improvements related to pipeline management and reporting
    • Serve as a resource and key team member on capture teams
    • Support progress against mandatory milestones to help ensure timely completion of gate reviews
    • Participate as an opportunity leader representing the growth team following Sevatec’s BD and Capture process
    • Identify opportunities from current and future contract vehicles for pursuit that are targets for our tactical and strategic teams, find teaming partners that help address the requirements, and support effectively to respond successfully to RFPs
    • Create strategies for mining task order opportunities from Sevatec contract vehicles and developing recurring partnerships and synergies with small and large business partners
    • Support achieving strategic and tactical growth submission and win targets as assigned by Chief Growth Officer
    • Participate thoughtfully in business development pipeline and strategy discussions. Support strategic planning and process improvement in BD and Capture.
    • Identify and build teaming partnerships to expand business development opportunities
    • Participate in the creation of marketing and multi-media presentation materials
    • Coordinate with Business Development and Solutions team members to deliver responses to sources sought notices and formal requests for information from the federal government
    • Source and evaluate opportunities to meet the strategic goals of the organization
    • Assume the initiative and provide support to other Sevatec personnel in identifying and acquiring potential business
    • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other meetings where Federal Government has a significant presence


    • Manage multiple priorities simultaneously while managing expectations and project milestones
    • Ability to provide technical expertise in pipeline management and analytics to support BD and capture management
    • Excellent technical, as well as written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to both work independently and function effectively as a member of a team
    • Ability to grasp new concepts quickly, develop effective processes, and deal with complex technical subject matters
    • Excellent time management and organization skills, handling multiple simultaneous projects with stringent deadlines
    • Ability to work effectively with a diverse range of people with a variety of skills, experience, and personalities

    Experience Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • 1+ years of Federal Business Development or Federal Sales support experience
    • 3+ years professional experience
