    Sevatec is looking for a Special Warfare Recruiting Scout to support a strategic USAF Special Warfare recruiting program throughout the United States including all U.S. territories. The Special Warfare Recruiting Scout shall support the program to include, but not be limited to, building and maintaining expertise and professional relationships in one of three recruiting regions across the country, aligning capabilities, geographical know-how, and experience to each given region. They will creatively generate awareness of the program and cultivate relationships with Centers of Influence in organizations with potential populations of special warfare prospects and leverage those relationships to set up and execute recruiting events for Special Warfare recruiting personnel.


    • Execute the Organization and Individual Approach Plans in accordance with Scout Business Rules
    • Plan daily, weekly, and monthly outreach activities
    • Focus time each week on influencer outreach and engagement, tracking and reporting these encounters and their planned outcomes
    • Provides status on individuals, organizations, and influencers in which “first contact” has been made and follow-up contact is required. Maintains relationships with successful contacts
    • Maintains a database that houses contact information for “key influencers,” and provides live updates as the Scout Team expands its key influencer network
    • Conduct regional measured Surveillance Plan consisting of targeted recruiting at key events, high propensity (demographic) areas, and community social areas
    • Update the event scheduler on SharePoint on a weekly basis to provide near real time status updates and changes to planned/program events for performance tracking
    • Facilitate and attend one (1) to two (2) recruiting events in your region monthly
    • Provide a monthly calendar of no-less-than four (4) targeted beta test scouting events identified
    • Attend all “monthly” targeted scouting events
    • Track the number of leads/applicants attributable to a specific location, organization or individual
    • Take note of events with high turnout, take feedback from attendees on enjoyable aspects, and model subsequent events with consider
    • Other duties as assigned


    • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum six (6) years of related experience.
    • Experience in/strong knowledge of the Special Forces community a must. Experience serving as a Special Forces operator in any of the military branches or as a recruiter for Special Forces personnel is highly desired
    • Experience with managing and organizing geographically diverse events on short timelines
    • Excellent networking, interpersonal and customer service skills, reflecting courteous and accurate customer service to program and client stakeholders
    • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task and succeed in a fast paced environment
    • Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach
    • Ability to think critically and creatively, problem solve, and work independently
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and an ability to interact with people at all levels of an organization
    • Proficiency with MS Office suite (including Microsoft Project, Excel, and SharePoint)
